Your personal data is safe with us and is always handled in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95 / 46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation).

What personal data do we work with?

Name and surname, title, date of birth, gendre, permanent address, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank account number, SIPO connection number and any other identification information provided by you which is necessary for the performance of the contract.

Why do we work with personal information?

Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of performing an agreement on bundled electricity and gas supply services to which You as a customer and FONERGY as an electricity and gas supplier (Contract) are party, for accounting and tax purposes, for debt recovery, obligations that apply to the controller.

The performance of the Contract is also considered to be acts preceding the conclusion of the Contract, which imply your interest in concluding the Contract, although the conclusion of the Contract may not take place in the end (eg processing a quotation and sending a draft Contract).

The legal basis for the processing of personal data is Article 6 (1) (a). (b) and (c) of the Regulation.

How do we process the data?

Personal data can be processed manually or automatically.

Who are the recipients and processors of personal data?

The recipients of personal data may be entities through or to which the controller fulfills the legal obligations that apply to the controller and postal service providers.

The processors are entities providing sufficient guarantees of the protection of your personal data, which the controller has authorized the processing of personal data on the basis of a written contract. These are, in particular, distribution system operators, accounting, telephone and IT service providers and other third parties providing services to the administrator in connection with the performance of contractual or legal obligations.

The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country outside the EU or an international organization.

How long will personal data be stored?

Personal data will be stored by the administrator for the duration of the Contract and for a period of 3 years from the termination of the Contract, due to possible complaint proceedings and the recovery of receivables due. Personal data that are part of the accounting documents will be archived by the administrator for an appropriate period of time according to the Act on Accounting.

Personal data obtained prior to the conclusion of the Contract due to the processing of the quotation will be deleted if the Contract is not concluded after the expiry of the period of 30 days from the processing of the quotation. The personal data specified in the submitted draft Agreement, which will not be concluded, shall be deleted after the expiry of the period of 30 days from the sending of the Agreement.

Right of access to personal data

As a data controller, you have the right to request access to your personal data and more detailed information about their processing.

Right to rectify, delete or restrict processing

You have the right to ask the administrator to correct or add incorrect, resp. incomplete personal data, to request the deletion of personal data if it has fallen away or if there is no reason to process it, or request a restriction on the processing of personal data.

Right to data portability

You have the right for the controller to transfer your personal data processed automated with your consent to another controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

How can you exercise your rights?

As a data subject, you can exercise your personal data processing rights at any time by contacting the administrator.

Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe that your personal data are not processed in accordance with the Regulation, you have the right to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection, with its registered office at Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic.
