We are proud to be the first company and still one of the few to join the new Code of Ethics . Our customers know that contracts with FONERGY are and have always been concluded for an indefinite period of time, without any hooks or hidden fees.

“I am really glad that the first company joined the updated version of the Merchant Code of Conduct in mid-January and there were four companies at the end of January (…). A major change from the trader's original Code of Ethics (…) is that traders should indicate the end date of their contracts on their household bills, even though they are not required to do so by law. It is a question of decency and a friendly approach to consumers. The merchant's code of ethics operates on a voluntary basis. Now we will see who is really good about consumers. ”Alena Vitásková, ERO Chair
